Chappaqua Ragamuffin Parade & Carnival October 19, 2014
The Camp Connection Ragamuffin Parade & Carnival will take place on Sunday, October 19th (rain date: Sunday, Oct. 26th) at the Chappaqua Train Station. The carnival will open at 12:30pm and the parade will begin at 3:30pm. This year will again feature fun carnival rides and attractions, DJ, live music, marching bands, spooky activities and more!

“The strongest performer in the single family house market was Westchester County, where the second quarter median1 sale price of $650,000 was 5.0% higher than in 2012; this was the highest second quarter median since 2008. The mean1 sale price of $859,861 was only 0.8% higher. The two factors together suggest that high-end sales are maintaining but not increasing their market share or prices for the most part.
